Catalyst principle: increase the activity of three gases CO, HC and NOx, prompting them to carry out certain oxidation-reduction chemical reactions; CO is oxidized to colorless, non-toxic carbon dioxide gas at high temperature; HC compounds are oxidized to water (H2O) and carbon dioxide; NOx is reduced to nitrogen and oxygen; mainly for CO and HC pollutants to be treated.
Reaction equation:
Oxidation: HC + O2 → CO2 + H2O
CO + O2 → CO2
Reduction: NO+CO → N2+CO2
NO+HC → CO2+N2+H2O
NO+H2 → N2+H2O
Water vapor reformation: CO+H2O → CO2+H2
HC+H2O → CO+H2
Emission standards: EU, EPA, CARB
Exhaust emission characteristics: conventional pollutants CO, HC, NOx, complex composition, high temperature, high air velocity, so the requirements of the catalyst are very demanding.
Features of our catalytic converters:
●Excellent catalyst performance, wide three-effect window, high conversion efficiency
●Excellent temperature, air velocity and air-fuel ratio characteristics
●Targeted materials and technology, lower precious metal content of catalyst, higher cost performance
●Coating of the catalysts is even and solid
●Excellent durability performance to meet CARB and above emission standards and durability requirements
Application areas: general-purpose small gasoline engines
